Hansuman Chalisa Online 11x Mini-Marathon

On wednessdays every other week we sing the Hanuman Chalisa 11 times with a group online in ± 1 1/2 hour. You can read more about this Hanuman Chalisa Mini Marathon (in dutch) at this page.

Hansuman Chalisa Marathon

Each year you can sing the Hanuman Chalisa 33 times with Hansuman in Utrecht, Groesbeek, Nijmegen or Eindhoven. We will start slow, and then after some while go slowly little bits faster.
You are very welcome!

You get to experience the power of the Hanuman Chalisa in a ±5 hour session of continuous singing. It is hard to describe in word, it is a kind of singing-meditation. In that time we sing the Hanuman Chaleesa approximately 33 times.

Anyone can participate. Good voice or experience is not necessary.
Some practice beforehand is advisable. Ask for practice material.

The 7th Hanuman Chalisa Marathon was in Groesbeek, Holland, on Sunday afternoon November 4th, 2018.

We also sing the Hanuman Chalisa one time at the beginning of some Singing-Meditation / Ecstatic Chants/ Kirtan-Mantra Happenings.

The Hanuman Chalisa

The Hanuman Chalisa is a hymn dedicated to Hanuman, the monkey-god, and the monkey-god represents the strength to overcome all obstructions, all problems, anything that is in the way of us accomplishing our goal.
And of course our ultimate goal is to open our heart.
So it’s a way of cleaning the mirror of our hearts, and it’s an invocation to the power and strength within us. (Krishna Das).
